A great, friendly place to live, but car alarms go off commonly at night, disturbing the peace and causing people to wake up and not able to sleep very inconsiderate and rude, and these car alarms aren't short there for long periods at a time

Been living here for over a year now. We love our condo. The pools are nice and clean. A lot of the residents are older white men/women and are way cranky & act very entitled. I've seen lots of younger couples/kids/ residents with dogs get yelled at by these residents throughout the condominiums when I'm out on my patio or walking around. Management can also be rude depending on who you're working with. Had good and bad interactions throughout the year. When we first moved in and would be at the pool they would just ask my (black) husband and I to show our pool tags. No one else swimming. After a few more interactions with us they became more friendly. We kinda just keep to ourselves. And that seems to be the theme. So just be aware if you have kids/pets/or are more lively you will probably get some complaints/confrontations with the retired folks.
