I love this building. The staff are absolutely amazing! The building is spacious and have a lot of space for residents to wander. The rooms are also big. The therapy staff is amazing, the clinical staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the administration truly cares about the residents. Would highly recommend.

Answering phones is the least of their problems. They should try taking actual care of patient needs.
Spring Creek provides therapy programs and skilled nursing care for both short and long term patients.
Of course you should be able to get a private room.. but you should contact the facility to get all the details
