I have a sign at my garage requesting that packages be delivered to my covered front porch. The FedEx ground driver leaves the packages right by the sign !!! Obnoxious

They delivered a $165 piece of carpet to my apartment and just left the 11X11X40 box on my porch for anyone to take and someone did. So I don't recommend them for any expensive delivery if you want to keep your purchase use UPS they will at least leave a note where to pick it up at it your not home. Unprofessional and illresponsible!!!!

Questions & Answers

How can I assure my packages are left at my home and not at the bottom of my long driveway at the street where anyone can drive by and drive off with them? This has happened twice in last month. I filed a complaint the first time without response.

I don't believe they use staffing companies. You can apply on their website, by going to fedex.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and find the careers tab. Hope this helps.
