Horrible communication with patients will not get them to doctors appointments when scheduled. They always have an excuse rude to the families and don't believe in patients rights at all. The care is not well I feel sorry for who ever picks to send their family member here to be associated with Blount Memorial they should have high standards but apparently not!

The facility is associated with Blount Memorial as a transitional care facility. I cannot speak of the other wing. However for the transitional care part, I can speak to these issues. Staff is poorly trained. Very incompetent on medication times and logging what had been done. Some staff are very dismissive of loved ones concerns and border on argumentative. Food is poorly prepared. Technology is still in the 1990s not 2019, they communicate still with fax not email. Clearly the owners have little concern with patients and only care about profit.

Beautiful place- but they need signs on the buildings so you know what they are. The sign in the driveway is nice but when you pull up and two different buildings are on the same drive it is confusing to older people. Other than that, the staff is wonderful.
