I love your pizza. We, as a family have been ordering it for 11+ years. Even longer if you count college years! Tonight was the last night. And it had everything to do with personnel. There was a mix up and our food came 2.5 hrs late. We called and they hung up on us 4 times. Head quarters, or the office above the branch, said they will contact the branch for us. Immediately after “HQ” said that, we got a dial tone and sure enough, it was the branch manager saying “hello”. We were told, we were in the wrong and were hung up on 7 times. Choice words were used on both ends. Needless to say, the branch made it very clear that they do not care about professionalism or business for that matter. For the record, this is my first time writing something like this. Take this for what it’s worth. #slidellbranch

This is the second time it has happened to me and I find it to be kind of ridiculous. I ordered a ranch pizza and called immediately after to make sure ranch was on the pizza. I received my order and very little to no ranch at all. It’s just cheese grease and bread on most of the pizza. I called and spoke to a manager around 6:30 pm and they said that’s how it is supposed to be. I worked at pizza places before and I know pizza isn’t supposed to be dry and feel like cardboard. I’m tired of wasting money on food that’s is practically inedible.

I order pizza from this location at least twice a month and have always gotten exactly what I ordered, nice and hot, quickly through the drive thru. Delicious, affordable and convenient!

This place deserves a reward and a raise. The patient guy that helped the super rude woman in front of me deserves recognition. She was the worst customer any business could encounter...orders things that are not on the menu and he helps her while she is still yelling at him. ORDER OFF THE MENU! Especially 20 min before they close. My pizza was perfectly cooked and to my desire. He was so polite. The best customer service ever. Kudos to the staff tonight on 2.20.22.
