Put on a dump trailer box instead of utility trailer box. Holes and threw in a nasty rug to cover holes up

I just purchased a 2021 Haulin brand 6x10 enclosed trailer (brand new) for less than $3000. Out the door.

Can the trailer tongue on a 14 ft pull behind camper be extended to accommodate a truck tool box giving it enough tongue weight to fabricate a rear platform to carry a golf cart to trailer it safely?
