I have lived here almost 5 years now & my house is still not finished. Went to the office a few days ago & tried to schedule & brought updated pics of serveral things & the office manager hopes exact words were “you’ve had a lot of work already done” your right I absolutely have but I also have a house not even close to being finished. I have not a single working smoke detector, just wires sticking out my walls. Will attach pictures, not a single kitchen cabinet matches one, my toilet sat on wood for 3 years and they only fixed it because my floor finally caved. Hope it the office manager which is married to Brandon, the maintenance manager & absolutely nothing gets done. My skirting, siding, all of that had fallen off & it’s been 8/9 months since I’ve called & now all of a sudden they changed their leases. But raised rents. But no new work. Waste of time & lots of money. Easier saving your money & moving elsewhere. The staff is sooooo rude & takes years for them to even work on something.

I would check this place out if I ever had to move. They have some nice mobile homes available and they finance. You can even have a garden if you wish and just enough lawn to care for but not overwhelming

so bad if i could give it 0 stars i would. probably the worse trailer park i've ever lived in. they dont do what you ask them when something happens to your home, or it takes weeks/months for it to happen. had a broken handle from somebody trying to break in and it gets worse everyday. happened almost a year ago and still havent replaced it, they said we have to replace it from "ware in tear" when we havent even lived here for a year. they want to raise rent when theres nothing for the people living in here besides a dumpy park. almost $1,000 for a half ran down home and dont get no benefits from being in here. i dont reccomend living here i promise you please find better.
