The experience we had was not at all like they show on their TV commercials and the salesman told us. They talk on their commercials that being on a ladder is unsafe but they turn around and only send one person to do the install that involves ladder and roof work so there was no one to get materials or watch them in case of an incident. Not only was the installer working by himself he was doing the install on the front of our house from the very top of a step ladder, two steps above the sign on the ladder that says do not stand on or above this step. I called the Leaffilter office about this practice while it was happening and was informed that the installation manager would call me back, four days later, still no call. Then after the installer left I noticed scraps from the installation laying around and debris that was removed from the gutters thrown on the lawn and piled up in a gravel flowerbed along the house. The salesman stressed in his presentation how clean things would be and that debris removed from the gutter would be bagged and taken with the installer. I emailed the salesman to inform him that they did not do what he said and guess what, no response or acknowledgement from him either. There although the product may do what they say, we haven't had any rain since the installation, the experience has not been a pleasant one, communication has been non existent and safety is obviously not a real concern of theirs.

We were contacted by a local sales rep for a quote on some gutters for our new construction home in Florida. For reasons not known to us, new homes in Florida do NOT come with gutters. This was a suprise for us just recently moving to the state as other homes that we built in Minnesota and Ohio came with gutters as standard build. Our Sales Rep was great! The installation crew was fantastic and met our expectations exactly. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them again. We are in the process of requesting additional service from this team and look forward to working with them in the future.
