I am completely taken back in awe of how compassionate and thorough the process of selecting the final resting memorial site for our loved one who had unexpectedly passed. That is a great question, but we can not answer it exactly. There are a lot of factors: Cemetery, How busy the cemetery is, the location of the plot, how well we price the plot. I've seen plots sell the minute we get all the documents in, and I have seen plots sit for a very long time. If your plot is in a busy cemetery and we price it right then we can sell it within a few months to a year (Standard) and pay you within a few weeks once everything is finalized. The basic answer would be they Plot Brokers will handle everything from start to finish for you if you choose to work with us. Please call us to discuss 888-918-8808. We normally have the buyer pay for the transfer fees.
We only charge the seller the listing fee ranging from $155 to $775. Our commission is paid by the buyer.
If you list the property for us to sell, the only obligation the seller has is the one time listing fee starting at $155.
