Absolutely beautiful place. My sisters and I were there for a sister’s weekend to celebrate my younger sisters 50th birthday. We stayed in the Grand Cascades Lodge in a 2 BR suite with outdoor deck and fireplace. We were in a corner unit and the deck was huge. The suite was clean and pretty. Majority of the staff were friendly and eager to please. There were a few uppity staff members that should really consider jobs outside of the customer service arena. We did not let it ruin our stay. The food was decent for the most part but outrageously priced. I don’t mind paying a lot when the food is really good, but with the exception of crystal tavern for dinner, nothing notable. The Vista 180 pool was gorgeous, albeit the lounge chair situation a little frustrating. Get there early!!! The reflections spa was amazing, be sure to treat yourself!! Check your bill thoroughly before you go for “this fee” and “that fee”.

Great experience here during a company function. My room at the Grand Cascade Lodge was a really nice suite with kitchen and balcony that had a beautiful mountain view. The grounds are amazing, and i only wish I could have spent time in the pools. The food and cocktails at the bistro were excellent. We also had a tour of the wine cellar, which is one of the largest in the country. I would be glad to return and take advantage of more of the amenities.

This was Thanksgiving 2021, but as I make another reservation, I wanted to leave the review. We had a great time with our family at this resort. We put the boys in one room and had our own suite replete with fireplace, balcony, and a washer/dryer that we actually used. The weather was wonderful. The boys did their own thing and we walked an entire golf course, searching for and collecting hidden balls left behind. They had fire pits and s’mores going. The pool was open from indoors to outdoors. We wished we brought our skates. The restaurants were great. We stayed at the Grand Cascades, but had Thanksgiving dinner at the Minerals lodge where our boys played indoor basketball. We must’ve gone to the coffee shop four times daily. Can’t wait to go back in the summer. Lots of activities.

We stayed in the best room this hotel has to offer. It was at best a 2 out of 10. The room itself is very pretty, the amnesties are awful. They charge you full price for a room that they offer nothing for. 1 restaurant is open, and it’s terrible. The pool bar isn’t open until 2 where it says it’s open at 11am. The staffing issues here are so obvious and instead of admitting that, the very nasty assistant general manager would rather argue that we are paying for “the room and not the amenities” which is very wrong. We paid for a resort that we did not expect to have to leave because the website advertises different. We spoke on our first night how we were not happy and the manager could careless. I again addressed my issues with him on day 2 and he said “you’re not getting any discount off your room” numerous times to me. The purpose is we came here to not have to leave the resort, instead I had to order pizza and go to shoprite to buy food to cook dinner otherwise wed be eating the same nasty food from crystal tavern. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Spend your money elsewhere where they want the business and value you as a customer.

I'm not sure about the spa but the pool is free for guess only.😎
You are able to use the pools on the day of check-in starting at 12pm. And you are more than welcome to use the amenities after check out :)
There are multiple options for dinners and parties on New Year's Eve at both of the Resorts two hotels. Details can be found at https://www.crystalgolfresort.com/dine/holidays/nye/.
Minerals hotel is closer to the mountain than Grand Cascades, but you will need to use the shuttle service provided by the resort (or pay for parking and then walk 5-10 minutes from the parking lot. Minerals is less than a mile from the mountain, while the trip from Cascades probably takes 10 minutes by car. Keep in mind that if you're walking the hotel reception desk is a mile or more from the property entrance, do you need to add that to the distances listed above.
Depends on why you are going there? Kids or man/women retreat? Kids it's a no. Couple retreat maybe but you can better spend your money. We stay at lots of resorts and I must say this one is just bland. The spa part is well know I will say though
Pools are all open, including the biosphere. I can't tell you the room rates, you need to call the hotel or book via Travelocity or Expedia
pools? Only outdoor is open at this time
Is that a question?
Yes...
Cava Winery and Vineyard. There is a solve it escape room place about 4 miles away. Not sure about casino.
Nope, you are talking about the Legends , old playboy club about 1,5 mile away , the hotel is empty but the golf course Great Gorge it's open to public daily
We didn't eat there but the smoothies and ice cream were excellent.
They do take walk ins but it's pricey.😎
There is train service to Warwick on the Port Jervis line. Warwick is a short Uber/Lyft ride from Vernon.
Cascades suite has a full large size fridge. Minerals suite has a mini fridge. Standard rooms at both properties do not have fridges.
Depends on what room you book. It says it on their website under the different rooms
