Mr.John Hertel is a very dishonest, misleading person, currently in possession of stolen property, which he will not return. Including firearms, an off road vehicle among other items. I have spoken with him on the phone about the issue, he is very intimidating and he likes to talk real fast like a used car salesman. Avoid Mr. John Hertel like the plague, you will thank me later. Mr. John Hertel, return the stolen property, the review disappears, it’s that simple.

I was told my policy was being non renewed which was fine I got a new one the day after I was told, But his assistant Crystal asked me what I had planned on doing with my mother’s policy, I told her I can’t change someone else’s policy that doesn’t belong to me , and she still retaliated against us by canceling my moms policy as well and she was driving for a month without insurance and wasn’t aware. Once we found out I had complained and we were both added back on without wanting to be .. which is weird because they told me I couldn’t be renewed but then suddenly I was able to be insured with them again. There were lots of back and forth confusion with my moms policy because it was being discussed with me and not my mother, and I have evidence of the retaliation, Jonathan promised a sincere apology to keep me from complaining and also mentioned gift cards for the corrupt business we experienced but instead of receiving what was promised, my mom is still having billing issues with State Farm even after making it clear she didn’t want anything to do with them.
