I'm grateful they have a place like this to help women. However, I do think the front desk needs to work on their professionalism and empathy. I came in today and went to talk to a staff member who seemed available for a quick question. The other staff member told me I needed to sign in. I signed in and 3 people came in after me and were helped before me. I waited an hour to answer a question that took about 5 minutes to answer. I started walking around with my kids and walked near the front desk and she said can i help you. I couldn't believe it! I could have just gone up to her an hour earlier and have her help me. She didn't apologize for never calling my name. The level of apathy was astounding and very unprofessional.

Came in today for my first WIC appointment. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. But the lady that came into the room with me and loaded my benefits onto my card was impolite to say the least. Made a rude comment about my weight gain and ruined my confidence. Which we all know is hard to have during pregnancy. I'm shocked and confused that someone in this job field would be so insensitive.
