Someone call the police. I was just robbed by Billy's Boudin. Well in a since I was. How could you charge $8.99 lb for Boudin when it's this bad? No flavor of crawfish what so ever. The rice was mushy. Like eating grits. Maybe grits world of been better. Where was The crawfish? Not in the Boudin.

I have been buying boudin every time I am going to Texas and coming for Texas. But lately it’s been too spicy. About two weeks ago My son bought me 8 links but it was so spicy you couldn’t even taste the boudin because it was too spicy the time before it was spicy but not that spicy. I can’t eat it because it’s too spicy now so I won’t be stopping. Unless they cut way back on that spice. It’s used to be good but I don’t know what happen. And I have had other peoples saying the same thing it too spicy

If you've never been... GOOOOOOO!!! I drive from Baton Rouge to go get their food!!! Do yourself a favor and try them if you haven't!!! You will not be disappointed w anything they serve. The boudin and boudin balls are second to NONE!!!

A decent pit stop for munchies and meats. I bought some smoked sausage to try. Ate their balls right there on the spot. They were mouth watering, but not my favorite. I will stop in for more when I pass buy. I do think their prices are a lil high, but I guess they have to pay for their nice new place as fast as they can.
