Great experience with sales team. I called and spoke with Rico about a vehicle I was interested in checking out. He had a car cleaned and pulled up out front when I arrived, ready for a test drive. He was super friendly, zero pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Ken Garff and Rico from the sales team. Buying was quick and easy.

My son and I were traveling through WY in our 2017 Ford Transit conversion when the check engine light came on. We stopped by the Ford dealership and explained to the service tech Jay that we were 1400 miles from home and could they give us a hand so we could get on the road. Jay explained that he had a stack of work orders and they may be able to take a look at it in a couple of days. It would seem to me that a dealership would prioritize someone who was in need while traveling, but I guess I'm just a number and not a customer. Total fail Ken Garff....

I scheduled an Advantage Care oil service after numerous attempts online and with an online service rep but finally had to call the Ken Garff number because the website, online service rep, nor a phone call to the dealership worked; there was an issue with the key drop unit when I dropped off my vehicle; the directions were sent to me through a text message but didn’t work; two on-site attendants said that unit hasn’t been set up yet which is confusing; after my service which was done according to the expected service time, I was charged for another Advantage Care package despite having two packages on my current package purchase when I stopped in to pick up my vehicle l after work; when I challenge ms that, the attendant looked up my account and corrected it; he said they got a new computer system and the previous service wasn’t entered correctly. This is not the first issue I have had with the Ken Garff Ford service department, but my wife encouraged me to stick with them and give them another chance; there seems to be a continuing issue with their service department, in my experience.

They were very helpful. I am satisfied with my vehicle I purchased there. They made sure it was in good working condition.

Why is it okay to sell someone a 13k car and have the check engine come on two days later?

Go to o'rileys or autozone and have them run their OBD 2 reader and see if codes were deleted/ cleared and if they were take the vehicle back and tell them you want them to run a free diagnostic and see why the codes were cleared before the issue was actually fixed.

Hi Jeff, When you say don't open do you mean from inside the car? If so there are child locks that may be on. Look inside the door by the latch and you will see them. If that is not it stop by and we will have a quick look.
