IMC, here are your 5 stars because I don't slander anyone, ever.(Changed to one because it's the truth) However, I will state that YOU fired Summerfield and the Legends on Hilton Head. Bryan you can't spell property management and you are a poor leader to Adam. I will forget, but never forgive you for being a desk jockey when I stood out in 110 degree heat with COVID, to manage the asphalt company. Shame on you and your narcissistic DESK JOCKEY personality disorder. Enjoy your 5 star desk jockey review. WKRP in Cincinnati would be proud of your whole team, doing nothing but smoking some cigs on the IMC Terrace, and sitting at their desks. Worst Property Management Company EVER! IMC failed to notify me about an assessment as they had no address on file for me. I asked them to send me original and follow up bills and the company is having a hard time doing that (to date after numerous requests they have still not produced a valid bill and audit trail of when and where it was sent). They also will not provide my account information (since I never received a bill or a coupon book) for me to log into the portal to pay the assessment. To clarify I already pay monthly HOA bills (early and on time always so this is not an attempt to evade a bill)- this was a separate assessment made by a Master HOA that I was not aware of - I was not notified of IMC taking over the account or any statements sent, handoff also occurred around the time I bought the property so I am sure there is an honest clerical error somewhere in there). I'm at a loss as to what to do as this just seems like a way for them to keep racking up bills and unnecessary legal fees that they will then make me pay. I am paying this bill now that I am aware of it but the lack of transparency has been horrible. Dealing with the company has been extremely frustrating, we really need someone to advocate for homeowners and the predatory practices that IMC employs. I repeatedly tried to reach IMC management by email and phone and they were usually out to lunch. Additionally, I left voicemails that were never responded to. Disappointing and unethical organization. Edited to add that Craig responded today - and I was shocked at his tone, rudeness, and blatant retaliatory and defensive tone. He clearly has no interest in resolving anything - he made inappropriate accusations towards me. He exhibited immaturity, condescension, an alarming level of stubbornness, and no conflict resolution skills. I am sure he will continue his immature tirade as a response to this review. Oh, and he accused me of being "the type of person" who values reviews on a company via Google, still not sure what that was supposed to mean. The ignorance was mind blowing and him doubling down instead of trying to mitigate the issue is abhorrent - the fact that he is in charge of anything is shocking and clearly engineered by nepotism benefiting a mediocre person
