I bought two watches none of them were working when I bought them, I was told they need new batteries, okay one was $49.99 for my husband and the other for my son was $39.99, I took them to a jewelry to have new batteries and for my surprise none of the watches work, the jewelry said they are defective! I tried to return them and they said they do no accept returns, Here is the things it is not my duty to know what is working or not, it is your duty as a store to make sure what you are selling for high price is working or not! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD ABOUT THE WORDS (CONSUMERS' RIGHT),? if you have not, this is New York and you can be prosecuted under Consumers Rights Act. 009. I was counselled to place a charge back with my credit card! Shame on this company, I hope the manager and the owner go to jail! They know very well what they are doing, speak up people, don't be afraid! ***Updated: Thanks for getting back to me but I live like an hour away from the store, but I will make sure when making the trip back I will bring the watches to the store manager and kindly she/he can issue me a store credit.

I would have given 5 stars if they were a little more organized and neat I have found some decent clothes for myself and kids just takes a while to sift sizes
