Poor office management. Receptionist Brittany is absolutely rude. She will keep you from making an appointment with your doctor. She will hinder you from getting the treatment you need. And the office management know the complaints on this girl and they do nothing. While patients have to suffer because of her Karen attitude. It's sad because I have a good doctor but doesn't do any good when you can't get past the receptionist. I also plan on filing complaints against this person and the facility through the state of kentucky.

I am the daughter of a patient. I live in a different state. I called on behalf of my parent who is having a serious acute mental health issue as well as medication issues. Reception told me nurse wasn't available, did not offer to send a message back. Receptionist told me Dr. Zeller was booked for a year, and the NP was booked as well. When I asked if they had any acute appointments open, she said yes but told me my parent would take too long in an acute time slot. I asked her to please document that I called with these serious concerns as my mother may have another decline as she has had in the past. I am very disappointed. My parent has an issue that is not bad enough to put her in an inpatient mental facility but if not addressed will eventually lead to that. The receptionist was not rude. She was actually friendly. Perhaps this is a facility/scheduling issue. Not sure.

Hard to get in contact with nurse about prescription, it takes days to get through. they need more help than what they have. other wise everything else is good.

I see Rhonda at this clinic and she is GREAT !! The staff are all also great, excellent care would recommend this place to anyone seeking health care along with compassion .They work to get you in and get you well !!!
