If you order custom made you are so safe as you know it is fresh however at times the items in the glass case are stale in particular the cup cakes. But if you complain by bringing it to their attention they become hostile and defensive. I complained to Timmy Hack and Beth Weinrich and both were extremely unprofessional, Beth sent me an email and offered to write me a check and put it in the mail or make me a special order curbside 😂 I was confused because I was just having a conversation like I would with anyone but I guess she was intimidated because I am a woman of color. To this day I have not been refunded my husband keeps asking about his refund as we had to put the items in the trash!

During the pandemic, Weinrich's has been complying with CDC guidelines & social distancing best practices. It's very safe to get your yummy pastries at Weinrich's.
I ordered a pound cake for xmas, it was horrible. It didn't taste like a pound cake and even the icing was off. I have ordered pound cake 4 times in the last few months and never had a problem until now.
I called once on a weekday at 1PM and they didn't have one ready, but they said they could make an 8" tort for me to pick up at 5PM. They aren't cheap, but they are worth the money.
