I have no complaints about this place, I like their process,check in area waiting time was about 5 minutes, procedure area waiting time about 5 to 10 minutes an then I was called by technician she was very nice an had a lot of patience with me an within no time I was seen by the doctor an given my results, yes this place is highly recommended from my experience.I wish the break room an exam room was much warmer.

They are very caring, like the other reviews report, and they’ve always been prompt, never making me wait. One time I came early and was seen a little early. They did the uncomfortable procedure thoroughly but fairly quickly, not drawing it out unnecessarily.

The woman who checked me in today could not see the computer due to bad eyeglass prescription, and typed in the wrong insurance card number (couldn't read it) and gave the wrong diagnosis code for my gp referral, and because i i was looking at the script, i corrected her. It took several attempts to get my referral (which had been ordered a week prior and confirmed) due to her mistakes related to vision problems. I asked her if she needed a new eyeglass prescription and she jovially showed me her computer eyeglasses but said she doesn't like to wear them because they are just for computer snd she has to switch to her others for long distance. I told her mine were progressive, so have close, medium and long distance. Being able to see accurately needs to be a requirement in the medical field.
