We visited this park on 10/27/19 had ice cream first and then we walked around the park very friendly people and welcoming !! I had sugar free butter pecan ice cream, my daughter had cookies n cream.what a beautiful peaceful day!! Thank you.

I believe so as there are several walking paths, however that is across the harbor from the "beach park". Search port charlotte beach complex for more info.
