Just found out yesterday my son had covid. Went to pick up the medicine and it was not ready. Technician said for me to come back in 20. I did not. This morning I go to pick up medicine and it is out of stock. That makes absolutely no sense to me at all and I have no idea why I was not notified yesterday. Waste of time and energy. Unprofessional.

Horrible! Please do not come here for a PCR test! I booked an appointment 5 days in advance and came approximately 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The line was so slow and, literally it was taking around half an hour to help each person. As it was my turn, I was told that specimens were already picked up. Should I come 1 hour in advance for a PCR test? Thankfully I was to find another better place, but this could have potentially jeopardized my travel plans!
