Had to stand in the waiting room. Definitely had the urgent care / ER vibe. I went there because it was close to the doctor's office and they would transmit the X-ray to the doctor directly. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

I had a wonderful experience today at AIC. I had to get a. Ultrasound done and I was pretty nervous going into the procedure but the Ultrasound tech, Mrs. Ann, talked me through the whole procedure and explained why she was doing everything. I truly enjoyed my experience at the facility and Ann was AMAZING. I will be coming back to AIC for any future imaging needs I may have. Thanks again Mrs Ann!

Lady week i has a mammography and bone density at your place. To my surprise everything was so smooth and diligent that I was in and out unless than two hours. The girl who took care of me, Nikki was so sweet, delicate and knowledgeable about her work. I really recommend this place! Keep doing what you do! Thanks

My first experience with Advanced Imaging was not a pleasant one. I was never able to get past the front desk receptionists to know otherwise with the remainder of the staff and professionals. My medical doctor sent over an order for me to have an MRI on Friday, June 4, 2021. When I called later to schedule an appointment I was told that they had not received it. So in the afternoon I stopped by in person to make an appointment hoping they had received it. I was told that I had to wait for authorization from my Insurance company and at that time they would be able to give me an appointment the next week. After calling my insurance company I was informed an authorization was not required as I had federal Blue Cross Blue Shield. By this this time they had closed. On Monday morning I called Advanced Imaging with this information and was still denied an appointment for the same reason. After explaining this to the receptionist/scheduler I was still denied an appointment. She rudely told me they had to make a phone call to verify that I did not need this authorization. I made several more attempts that day to get an appointment and each time I was met a refusal and uncaring attitude. I was in pain and was getting more and more upset. Was this woman actually this ignorant or just lazy or perhaps just being cruel? I was blown away. I returned the next morning after they opened and questioned her as well as the other front desk employee. I was told they had "just" confirmed that I did not need authorization and they were going to call me. I asked for an appointment and she shoved a form at me to fill out before she would tell me an available time. Then upon completion of the form was told I had to wait 7 more days now for my MRI. I politely asked for my paperwork and order and left. I went to another MRI facility and was treated with care and respect and given an appointment for the next day. I will never go back to Advance Imaging nor will I ever refer anyone there. It is a shame that the employees who are the first contacts that a patient encounters are so hateful and unkind.
