Don’t waist your money at this hotel!!! The Rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Poor hygiene. For breakfast they only have cereal and the kitchen is not clean. We stay for two days and they charged us for a week. We called to to a claim and they are lying saying they don’t have our money. I opened a case in BBB also to my bank. Bad customer service. DON’T WAIST YOUR VALUABLE TIME ON THIS GETO HOTEL!!

Food Service

Horrible experience right off the bat. The front desk person was rude and offending. He was ready for a fight and I just met him! Let me explain: I was told there was a room available. I said "Suppose I have a problem with my room, what are my options?" He said "THERE ARE NO REFUNDS" I said "OK. Possibly I could exchange the room. " He said "NO EXCHANGES!" So I said " Well then can I have a look at the room before I pay for it?" He said "NO!" So I said " Let me get this straight, I have to pay for a room I've never seen without any hope of getting a different room and there's no refunds." He said "THERE'S A LOT MORE HOTELS UP THE ROAD!" So I just left. WOW! Talk about hating your job! I've stayed in many hotels over the years and even recently due to my work. Sometimes a room can be intolerable. For example: A damp bad smell in the room. Making it impossible to sleep. Or, roaches crawling up the wall. Or the bed sheets crawling with bugs. I would like the option to at least exchange the room in needed.

Me and Wife had our reservation upgraded to a Suite with Hot Tub, front desk manager upgraded us because it was wife’s birthday. It’s not the best room but it was decent enough for us to spend our night! This is usually our go to hotel for occasions like this and seems like there is a new management/owners

Stayed here for a few weeks after my I was evicted from the house I rented for 19 years was sold at foreclosure due to a greedy landlord. The staff was understanding if our situation and worked with me and my wife as we scrambled to get just obe more night. Thanks to friends, family and others we kept a roof over our head until we found a better yet temporary place to stay. My only issues were that the hotel shows it's age. The outlets are so loose that plugs fall out. There's no list of TV channels in the rooms. The TV channels stop at 50 something but there are channels in the 60's-100. One day we paid for that night and 2 staff members came to clean the room, and verified we had paid for the night yet somehow a desk clerk rented the room to another person who walked in on my wife as she came out of the shower. The rooms have a fridge and microwave but no freezer. Its within walking distance of a walgreens, winn dixie, dunkin doughnuts, goodwill, decent pizza and chinese. The pool area is kinda cluttered and used as a storage area. The elevator is old and the ac in it is not great. AC in my room was great, and the bed was comfortable. The pullout sleeper sofa was so bad we bought an army cot and put the sleeper mattress on the cot. That was more comfortable. It was clean, quiet, and a safe heaven during a bad time.
