Used to use them for repairs and highly recommended them, unfortunately, my most recent experience was terrible. I was charged nearly $100 to repair my Kenmore vacuum; got it back still not working properly so I took it back to them again. Clearly the younger man working on the vacuums had no idea what he was doing and just kept clicking the power switch on and off and then just gave it back to me. I was stunned. I won't go back and was incredibly disappointed.

Poor customer service. In the spirit of supporting local businesses, I went in thinking I’d make a purchase. Wrong. Before I could even get out all of my questions or reason for coming in, I felt like I was bothering them. I’ll shop online. Buying a Miele (or Sebo, even though this location isn’t a Sebo dealer) with an extended warranty (HomeCare and Onyx) is almost like buying an extended warranty on a Toyota - you can but you’ll probably never need it. There’s also other vacuum dealers in the Orlando. Edit: One year later, I’ve purchased a vacuum from Irby & Stutchman in College Park. Didn’t even consider Sir Vac & Sew as an option. I felt valued as a customer at the other place.

We had our old Kenmore sewing machine, which another store in the nearby area would not touch because they couldn't get parts supposedly, and embroidery machine I found in the trash and our serger cleaned, repaired and serviced. Jonathan did an excellent job on all three machines: they work great. The service is great and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend.

Wasn't sure of this place but took our Bissel Crosswave for repair in November. About 30 days later returned and was told there was a problem getting parts. When returned in February after lengthy hospital stay, received the unfixed unit. At no time did they provide contact of status. Not a business which has any, let alone quality, customer service.

Older ones are built to last. If you take good care of it, it will last you decades. Many of the new ones are made to break down.
Why don't you call the store or make a visit in person? I was there to get beater bar drive belts for a Sanitaire carpet sweeper.
Sir vac and sew also the Sewing studio off 17/92
