If it were possible to put 0 stars I would. This Dunkin needs to be shut down already. Something is constantly wrong, the speaker never works, there’s two employees out of the entire building causing the longest line ever. Aside from the ridiculously long wait, they never make your order right. Do not waste your time.

Drinks don't taste good, always out of food, take too long in the drive thru, no employees, lobby is closed all the time. Need to pay the employees more and create incentives that will make people want to do a /good/ job not just show up. Only not a 1 start because they are open ... sometimes

I really want to say thank you to the management and staff at this store for an exceptional customer experience today. After going to three other stores and my order kept getting wrong, the staff at this store went above and beyond their regular duty and made my order perfectly! The staff at this store are really friendly, everything was fully stocked and super clean. The staff at this store did what the other places couldn't. After driving 40 miles, I got my drinks at this location and the staff were so kind to me. I hope everyone who comes here has a pleasant experience as well. Really, this made my day!!
