Donuts were great but service wasn't so. I wasn't sure what to order and felt rushed and like I was disturbing the man who worked there for asking. I will drive past this one next time to go to the one up the street. Prices are to high to have attitude from the workers.

We asked for an Avocado Toast with roasted tomatoes and bread with pesto barely sprayed on the bread. Asked for them to fix the error and then gave us back the SAME thing with a piece of bread on top with less tomatoes.

Customer service at it’s worst … and by the manager 🤬of all people. Ordered donuts for the girls and their teachers in the drive thru, pulled up to pay and she was holding the bag of donuts so I went to reach for them when she pulled them back and told me my total again; so I simply said what I was just trying to get them out of your hand since you were holding them. I went to hand her a $50 bill and she gave me the most condescending smirk saying we don’t accept $50 bills. To which I was like well okay that’s all I have and she pulled the bag back inside and looked at me and repeated well it’s not my policy we don’t take them. So I pulled around to go inside & pay I only to realize she was the manager so I explained to her I do not appreciate the way she spoke to me and the fact the at they don’t accept $50 bills and should probably have some thing posted which of course she had a smart comment back. Absolutely blown away by the unprofessionalism, sarcasm and lack of customer service 🤬. Normally I am not one to complain but the utter disrespect and condescending behavior was unacceptable.

Not happy. Coffee does not taste like the other Dunkin donuts. Furthermore, this is exactly how it was given to me. No napkins were provided to me and I had to wipe the excess spillage of coffee on the rim of the lid and on the cup itself. Has happened a couple of times already. Lastly, no receipt was provided to me.
