Love this vet and love the Wellness Plans. We have 2 dogs and the plans have covered spays, vaccines, micro chips, well visits, teeth cleaning, and a few other odds and ends. The staff is always awesome and when we had to put of 15 year old dog down they we so helpful and sweet to my family. They really seem to care here.

Great pet hospital! They attend to your pet as if they belinged to them! Friendly staff for sure. The doctors are very patient & explain things so you understand. Our pet does not mind coming here because they talk to her as much as me. They love on her all the time. I'll stay with this Banfield.

The staff is wonderful and took amazing care of my baby. I can’t thank them enough. They treated me with the upmost respect and kindness and were so amazing to my fur baby. It gave me peace of mind to see him in such amazing and caring hands while he was in such critical condition. He’s doing much better now and I owe it to all of the amazing humans at this vet. I was thinking about dropping banfield as a primary vet completely due to past experiences at the location closest to me. I was desperate and needed to bring my fur baby in and took him to this location. It’s a bit of a drive but I did not mind it at all for the quality of care he received. Their kindness and care was refreshing after all I’d been through at the Waterford Lakes banfield location. I love the people here and will continue to bring all my fur babies.

Rude beyond description and very disrespectful. Not able to admit when they made an error and apologize. I would definitely not trust any pet with them. In fact, I invite Banfield’s corporate office to teach out to me and evaluate what they did.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
