We just picked our pomeranian up from this groomer and I have never seen such poor work done. There are long pieces of hair all over her body. I request to just leave her mane and tail alone and shave the rest of her body, feet and legs. There are spots where she is shaved to the skin and right next to that spot, there is long hair. She was soaking wet, and her feet and private areas were not even clean when we picked her up. I was curious what she would look like since it took less than an hour to do, and every other groomer over the last 15 years has taken 2 to 3 hours to do this lion cut. Tori is the one that cut her hair and was nice, but should go back for training on dog grooming. I called the store and asked for a manager, and a curt woman named Rosy came to the phone. Now this is where the real problem started...I told her about the problems with the cut and she told me that it was my 8 pound pomeranian's fault because it took two people to do it, due to the fact she wanted to lie down (the worst excuse ive ever heard) not to mention Rosy never ever said im sorry. I informed her that there has never been an issue in the multiple groomers we have used in fact the other groomers said she is so easy to cut because she just lays there and does not move, and is tiny. At this point, Rosy became very arrogant and dismissive and told me that I need to be quite and let her talk. I then told her that someone who had a good customer service skills would know that they just need to let the customer vent and explain the problem without being cut off constantly by her. I knew that I was going nowhere and she was not going to listen to me, so I told her that I just wanted a refund and she said I would have to come to the store to get that refund to my credit card. I will be calling back and talking to the store manager on Monday. I used a PetSmart in a different part of town for many years and never had a problem, but after reading this store groomer reviews now, I see that this is standard practice for this location. Shame on the management of this store for allowing this type of nasty behavior and poor treatment of animals and customers be tolerated. This is not new, read the reviews about the groomers here.

**Update! I’m so upset and disappointed after seeing that they gave him a cut on both of his bottom paws and didn’t even tell me anything 😔 I noticed after him whining when I started playing with him! I went in for puppy bath & brush and I’m so happy 😃 I picked this location for my pup! Johanna and Sydney we’re sweet hearts and I felt like my baby was in good hands 👍🏽 They really did a great job can’t wait for his next visit!

We took our pug puppy to the puppy training class taught by Judy. It definitely made a huge difference in his ability to focus. I would highly recommend this training class for people with young dogs. It definitely sets a good foundation for good behaviors. Their grooming department also always takes very good care of Theo.

The service is always good. They have everything we need for our pets. The location is very convenient too. When you adopt a pet, they give you a lot of coupons. The have a training school for your pets too. And the schedule is very flexible. The Banfield hospital is inside, it's a bonus.
