I went to this Care Now after stepping on a huge paper clip that was old and in my yard for a long time - so I was hurting badly. When I got there they were kind and helpful - putting me in a room right away since it hurt to walk. Quick service and the PA was great. He listened and told me what to do and I need meds. That was a fast visit and perfect for what I had to do. Clean and friendly. Clean and friendly! This is where I’ll be going when I need a doctor after hours!!

Able to get a same day walk-in. Whole time from check-in to leaving with meds was about 1 1/2 hours, not bad at all. The PA Shad Brown was friendly and helpful to get me feeling better. He Left his business card with contact info in case I had any other issues. The office was clean and quiet.

This is my 3rd visit since moving to Florida last June- 2 for me and 1 for my husband. Neither one of gets sick very often so we are easily annoyed when we do and also if/when a bad experience is piled on. We are both super impressed with CareNow and specifically the staff. We have seen Tad all 3 times and have really appreciated his style of care and attentiveness to us. I’ve recommended this location to several friends!

I wake up in the morning with blisters on my left ankle. Called my doctor, but was not available. So I when to Care Now Urgent Care in Sanford. I was greeted with beautiful smile from the receptionist. She took all my information and with in 20 minutes seen Shad Brown Physician Assistant. He explained to me what I had, and what to do and gave me prescription.I would recommend anyone to go the to establishment. Good staff and Good service.
