The service at WP is outstanding. The grounds are very well kept and the staff are very accommodating and friendly, to say the least. It's strange to see all of these negative reviews as we've had nothing but positive experiences here four years running. There is always a staff member available and the director (Jennifer) even took the time on her day off to help me retrieve first aid supplies for when my daughter cut her foot. The new owners have a clear vision for the future and we're excited to see the campground continue to grow

Seems to me the people complaining about the July 4th weekend did not get their way and just want to bash White Pines. I have been a seasonal for 18 years and never witnessed any racism. We have people from all races camping there and they keep coming back. Bathrooms do get messy as there were a ton of kids there that weekend. All one has to do is let Jen or Brian (head of maintenance) know and they would have someone there to clean it as soon as they could. It's kind of like a new movie coming out - I will go see it myself before I let someone else tell me not to. Please come to White Pines and judge for yourself. We love our weekenders and love to see the good times they have. Penny Russo

This place is awful! I've also seen that whenever a costumer leaves a negative review, they answer in a disrespectful and sarcastic manner, but when I sent them an email to complain about my experience there, they never replied. Director Jennifer called me stupid while I was complaining about something to her, which was incredibly insulting. I would give 0 stars if I could. It's very expensive, they don't even give you a good map to find your site, and when you clean up to leave, you literally have to carry the trash in your car. Don't waste your time and money going to the horrible place.
