We are very thankful for your hospital. All of you, even the personal who cleans are kind. Your nurses are a blessing to us and very involved in our daughter's care. We are so thankful for Dr. Hennessey and her kind care to our daughter. Physical therapy is top of the line, Mr Wade is very helpful and and orthotics is a sweet team. Truly the whole hospital team is a blessing. Thank you for your service to so many. GOD BLESS YOU!

Yes I would think so!
Depends on what it is for. (Therapy, doctor, mobility/wheelchair etc.) I was just in a wheelchair appointment today with my son and they mentioned they were solid booked out 2 months and had also lost a therapist. I only had to wait about 3 weeks to get into a clinic appointment to see a doctor.
Downtown Salt Lake city. There are many. Some just 10 minutes away.
Thank you for your answer, Nicole. Priscilla, if you have more questions, please give a call. 801-536-3500.
Hi Georgene, The first Shriners Hospital was built in Shreveport, LA in 1922. The Salt Lake City hospital was established in 1925. Some children will stay here for extended periods, if they have involved care, but most of our patients come to us for outpatient procedures. Learn more about Shriners Hospitals for Children at shrinershospitalsforchildren.org. Thanks, Deserae
Hi George, we specialize in pediatric orthopaedics. We do not offer services in hematology. Thanks, Deserae
My guess would be it's a hospital.🤦♀️ A functioning taking care of patients hospital?
Hi Dan, We are a specialized pediatric orthopaedic facility. All of the care we provide is by appointment. We do not offer emergent care. The hospital still has staff on weekends for patients who are in our facility for long-term care, but is not open to the public. Thanks, Deserae
Hi Kimmie, Thank you for thinking of us. Please call Kim at 801-536-3719 to find out what the current needs are for our patients. Thanks, Deserae

Hi Elvis, We have a limited number of family rooms which are generally utilized by our international patients’ families. Please call our care management department to learn about lodging options. 801-536-3500 -Deserae
The best thing to do would be to call and speak with someone from our amazing development team. Or call in and set up a tour.
Hi Kate, Shriners Hospitals for Children offers care regardless of ability to pay. Insurance is not a factor in accepting any child as a patient. If you'd like to talk to someone, please call Glory, our revenue cycle specialist. 801-536-3684. I have let her know to expect your call, she is happy to answer any of your questions. Thanks, Deserae
The shrine are you choose the aluminum pop tops to help fund kids travel from Mexico to the hospital it's a worthwhile cause.

Hello. I am sure they might. However, I am a former patient. You would need to contact the hospital directly.

Great question, Todd! We have a souvenir display case on the west side of the lobby. Visit the front desk to purchase any of the items on display. Thank you!
The Shriner's Hospital in Salt Lake City treats a lots of kids with club feet, they would take very good care of her.
Hello, I am not with the hospital, I am a former patient. But I am sure that if you contact hospital they may be able to assist. God bless your children for their generosity and kindness. I have to say this hospital is worth any effort. They are loving and generous to the many kids they serve.
Hi Janet, yes, polio was the very first condition Shriners Hospitals for Children treated in response to the great need of the early 1900's. From there we grew to specialize in pediatric orthopaedic care, helping kids get as mobile as possible. Several of our hospitals also treat cleft lip and palate, spinal chord injuries and burns.
Yes, we do, Doris. As long as they are new. We cannot accept used items for infection prevention reasons.
Hi Linda, We do have RV parking for patient families that can be coordinated through our Care Management Resource Coordinator when you are planning for your stay with us. We can coordinate power and water, but no sewer. Thanks, Deserae
