Man with long curly hair needs to treat people better. He is very very rude. He can't treat the public like he does. What really concerns me is, who is his Supervisor? THE Customer Service at this location is a joke.

No one matters to these people and they couldnt care less to actually help people out. I've been out of a mail box for a month now and have been in there multiple times and everytime it's another week to get someone to change the locks. All the blonde lady behind the desk does is act rude and tell the customer it's there fault. I think they need a whole new staff because not one person is nice

Chris (hope I remembered correctly, brunette with awesome hair and glasses) is super sweet! My husband deployed and I had no idea what I was doing but had a giant box to ship out. He helped me and really made my day! Will keep coming back if Chris is there! Thank you 😊
