Horrible claims adjusters who think they can tell you what they want without knowing their own policies or even state policies. Penny and Nancy for sure are unprofessional and doesn’t return calls. Every one is rude down to the front desk person. Whoever I was in contact with in 2019 seemed to be the competent person.

Why cant I talk to a person? I dialed 4 different numbers, (I got the same answering robot, & no matter the number I put in, (0) it was not a valid extension. Website won't recognize our email address to let us access our account to pay the bill.
