I wish I could give this 0 stars… The worst fast food experience I have ever had. And that’s saying something because I’ve been to the McDonald’s across the street. To start: employees were not communicating well to their customers. They didn’t tell us they were out of important ingredients until after they started making the sub. Which made us feel trapped into buying something we didn’t want now. There was one girl with blue hair and glasses that was just straight up rude, and very disappointing to have to deal with. She was complaining about things not being restocked or prepped. Which is completely on them for not prepping them in the morning. And she said that they haven’t had herbs and cheese bread for three weeks, which is weird because when I worked at subway years ago we made it using white bread, cheese, oregano and couple extra things that they HAVE. It felt like that girl was lying about it so she could be lazy and not prep it. That tends to be the norm with fast food employees these days, saying things are out of stock when they are just lazy and don’t want to stock it. I understand that it’s a double edged sword and that management could be making this job awful for them but it’s no excuse to be lazy and take things out on your customers. Who always come first because without them, you don’t get payed. Either management needs fixing, new staff needed, or a intensive customer service training. I won’t be coming back until something changes. And I will tell everyone to avoid this awful experience.

My husband brought home a subway club today. They only had wheat, white and wrap. He got a wheat. The roll was as hard at a hockey puck . I had to take all of the insides out and put it on regular bread to eat it. I was so disappointed to pay as much and get such old bread. It should be very fresh.
