We broke down in a different state on our way to the hotel for the night, had to figure everything out for a ride home as every rental car place was closed. Called the hotel to let them know we would not make it due to breaking down so I asked for a refund and we were denied due to not giving a 24 hour notice. We stayed at a lot of hotels before and never had an issue if something happened or came up. I just think they would understand

Rooms were clean. People were nice I thing it was a bit pricy since there was construction going on there and there is not amenities

I stayed the night from Friday to Sunday and the rooms are very dirty, the toilet had dust n the bathroom sink was clogging because it had food from previous people. I also had to leave do to an emergency and I couldn't get at least half of the money and I was told I could get a refund. I wouldn't come here again bad experience.

This was my worst hotel experience I've had and I travel all the time. Understaffed, to be expected during covid. The one employee was working hard though. Hotel room was dirty, old, beat up furniture, no HD TV. Bad water pressure, only one bar of soap and no shampoo. Dirty towels, sheets, etc. No microwave or refrigerator. No security from people walking in from street and I had two rooms, one of which the door lock assembly didn't work and the door wouldn't shut. Security chain only. The only reason I stayed here was for location for work and left there for my second night to stay at a hotel down the street. Save yourself the hassle and stress and go someplace else. Wish I could do 0 star.
