Absolutely worst company I’ve ever work with. Tried to get a loan through them and the process took more then 3 hours on the phone and still wasn’t solved they didn’t update me when I needed to take action and the employees were rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Don’t try to work with this company. Absolutely biggest waste of time

It can be very frustrating to prequalify on paper and jump through their hoops for approval only to be denied because their underwriters were having a bad day. OneMain is a few rungs above a predatory lending company, and they still make a ridiculous amount of money on interest.

I only need a letter that will literally take 2 minutes to write.....if I don't get this letter right away, I will not make my financing deadline on my home and lose my 3000 earnest money. Why cant you help me with this? Manager thinks its a joke

You are. Better off going to a bank one main interest rates are 30% I am only paying 98 with 15% interest rate with American First. After re financing from one main. Good luck.

Why is it once my loan is paid off with you guys, you lose your PR and your customer service absolutely stinks. I have been trying to get a payoff letter from you for two weeks now. Why do you only treat me right when I am trying to get money?
