Very chill park to walk. Not a strenuous walk either. Some portions are paved but not all. Not super busy either which is nice.

I don't believe so, there's signs saying no boating, but is a kayak a boat lol
There are no flush toilets, but there is a WHEELCHAIR accessible porta-potty located by the parking lot.
