Customer service is terrible at the pharmacy if you call they never answer the phone . You can literally hear the phone ring none stop smh if you are in person , and if your actually calling good luck ! Seriously need to hire some people be cause service sucks over the phone and in person . Sorry to say . In person is same thing you can be standing in line and there all in there having personal conversations about their whole life like hello ???? “Customer service much “

I was on hold for 43 mins. I needed a refill badly(diabetic). I called No. Andover and they told me that yes So. Broadway. I now get my rxs in No. Andover. It seems they have it together.

This place is very disorganized, very unattentative to their customers, and when they finally do, always have an attitude as if they're doing their customers a favor by even paying attention to them. They lie about when medications are ready and dont care to tell you until you arrive. Poor service and management even with the drive-thru. This cvs itself is very helpful when I go inside but, because the pharmacy department is doing the complete opposite it looks terrible on the company and building itself. New & better workers/management would definitely help tremendously

Would give zero stars if I could. Incredibly bad service, especially in regards to COVID test results. Do NOT get tested here. Have waited much longer than expected, and have been hung up on, put on hold for hours, and spoken to rudely for requesting my results. Email was input incorrectly by staff, so delayed results are their fault, and yet they treat you as if it is your own. Some of us need our results to return back to work.
