Very honest and thorough. Good prices and when you buy four tires they do a four wheel alignment instead of two at other places. I've been coming for years and will continue to do so. I have to say it's nice they remember my name every time I walk in when they greet me.

So the other day I took my Mercedes to Broadway Tire pros in Lawrence Ma and I have to say it was the most bizarre experience I ever had with a auto shop. I talked to I believe his name was Billy. #1 I had to convince him to look at my car. Okay I'll give him the benefit of the doubt maybe he was busy #2 he asks me what I do for a living. Which I thought was strange because we were talking about my car. #3 he gets the guy to test drive my car around the block to see what's wrong with it. I asked is this going to cost anything and he was highly insulted. Excuse me I like to know ahead of time if I'm going to pay for something. #4 I asked for an estimate he says to me I have to pay $110 before he tells me what's wrong with it and that I just want a bunch of freebies. #5 Then he says to me I just think you don't want to pay to have it fixed. And I said no I think you just don't want to fix it then he started saying he has to pay all the workers he was having a meltdown and I walked out. Very strange I think he just thought I was a young kid that wasn't going to pay. Very weird and not very professional. I felt like saying man you're not my dad relax. Happy I didn't pay a dime to this place and I'm never going back.

Broadway Tire is the BEST! Billy, the Girls and the whole crew over there really take Great care of whatever I need done to my cars. My uncle told me yrs ago when I needed tires, "go see Billy @ Broadway Tire, he'll take care of you". Almost 20 yrs later they are still taking care of everything. Good, honest work performed by respectful staff. Excellent customer service! Could I go save a buck elsewhere? Maybe, but I know the work Billy and his crew perform is going to be done right!
