Most bafflingly terrible experience I've had with any DMV company. I brought in a purse for alterations on a Saturday, and was told that they would send me a text Monday or Tuesday with a leather sample and price quote, after which it would take about 4 weeks to complete work. By Thursday, I hadn't heard from anybody, so I gave them a call and was told they would let me know the next day. One week later, still no word. I called them yet again, and the man who answered told me he would check and call me back in 5 minutes. I know--fool me twice, right? In the end, rather than make yet another pointless call, I made the trek in and picked up my bag. I didn't feel the need to express my displeasure in person since they've made it abundantly clear they absolutely couldn't care less about my business (and thus this review is not for them, but for potential unwitting consumers who would otherwise watch their items disappear into the dismissive blackhole that is Bedo); and from their end there was absolutely no acknowledgment of how much time I had wasted. I don't think they even realized they had done no work. Truthfully, even if they were able to finally begin work on the bag, I have zero faith that (1) it would be done anytime in 2022; (2) it would be done correctly; and (3) they would work with me to fix it if they did do things incorrectly. For those looking for luggage and handbag repair and alterations, save your time and money for a reliable company--there are plenty in the area. Oh, and the first time I went in there, one of the guys and the counter was sniffling and coughing all over the items and customers (maskless). Should have been the first sign that professionalism is not their strong suit.
