BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I purchased an A&D blood pressure monitor, model UA-651 from Rio 5 days ago for $79.99. I asked for the best one in the store. The sales lady recommended this one. Having never opened the box I returned to the store for a refund. (My wife unbeknownst to me bought one she liked better the same day from a different source.) While I admit I DID NOT NOTICE THE "NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS" notices plastered everywhere in the store when I purchased the unit. The staff was rude and dismissive. I then researched other sources for purchasing this particular item AND FOUND I COULD BUY IT EVERYWHERE FOR $43.99. Again:__________BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!!! As an aside $79.99 will buy very nice other brands with blue tooth, three pressure monitoring cycles and an app that makes everything work with ease. The "best in the store" does none of these things.

In dire need of a certain medical product for daughter in local hospital RIO has it in stock but want to charge $50.00 delivery fee for a $19.00 tube of adhesive when they are less then a few miles away. The lady who answers the phone puts you on hold and never picks back up. Three phone calls!GREED AT IT'S BEST!
