We went for the indoor water park only so I can't rate the rooms. Service is rated for those staff we came in contact with while there. The price is a bit excessive given the "main attraction" (lazy river) is closed and there was just one small pool, wave boarding, and 4 water slides open. I understand that workers are hard to come by everywhere right now, so I can appreciate why it was closed, but maybe they should discount the cost of admission when you are missing out on something that literally runs through the entire building and gives access to every area? We had a cabana and it was okay, probably not worth the cost, but it was neatly kept with plenty of towels and water. The chairs weren't super comfortable, but there were several of them. Food is expensive and lots of fried food. There was a wait, BUT there was just one person back there when we arrived to get in line and he was fast and agile at getting so much done for so many until more people showed up to help. He was amazing. High praise for him, his speed, his politeness to everyone (even those who weren't!), and general praise for his all around awesomeness. Drinks - we did have a couple of drinks. Alcohol, as expected, was extremely expensive, but the drinks were pretty good. The high cost definitely tinges my perception there. All in all, a neat day trip, but I probably wouldn't go again. Nice, but not as nice as it should be for the cost in my opinion.

Went to Jay Peak with my family for President's Day weekend. We had a great time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of activities, ranging from the great skiing and riding, the waterpark, the arcades, a movie theater, and more. The food was also very good. We stayed at the Stateside Hotel where there is a great restaurant called Howie's. The staff at Howie's was incredibly helpful in helping our kids, who have numerous food allergies, to have many safe meals they loved! Overall a great family resort. Hope to be back soon!!

Great overall resort. Great mountain, great lodging, and great waterpark. Restaurants were also good. Great family resort with many off-hill activities to do for non-skiers. Lots of easy greens on the lower half of mountain with some great beginner glades. Nice blue cruisers and challenging blacks from the top. Best glades in the East. Friendly staff.

Great ski resort! We found the jay peak ski resort to be a wonderful weekend getaway from Ohio. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Some of the restaurants had limited hours but that is to be expected with nationwide labor issues and lingering covid effects. The rooms were cozy, had a fireplace, and a full kitchen with supplies so you could cook. We plan on returning and staying longer.

No public transportation from Jay Peak unless you can find an Uber/Lyft/Taxi driver but that would probably cost you $150+

There are group discounts so ask.
For us the park was included with our reservation. When checking in, we each got a wrist band that got us into the waterpark. Come and go whenever you want then.
Thanksgiving weekend. Always snow at that time and great discounts.
Really the best deals are at the mountain. You can stay in the town but it's still a 10-15 min drive. The resort gives packages for ski and stay or waterpark and stay. The bars and restaurants are great and there is a general store. We stayed in a condo with 4 people, Ski-in ski-out for a little over $1400. That was for ski and stay two nights. You pay for the two day passes at a discount and they comp your arrival day.
