Susan King's Funeral Home did not support our family's needs or special memory of our loved one at our time of deep sorrow. Internal chaos and unexpected (over contract) billing were involved which added to our sadness. To the public reading this: please take your business elsewhere.

Do not use this Funeral Home. I was subjected to a very unprofessional owner as well as staff members. An absolute horrible experience at my time of need. The owners only main concern was money . The facility was in poor deplorable condition as well as having a very foul odor. Do not waste your time . I pray your loved one gets better care.

My beloved wife of fifty-five years died two months ago. Susan and John helped our family honor her at a wake and at a church service. Neither I nor anyone else in our family was fully functional, but these kind and considerate professionals saw us through a most difficult time. As an oncologist I have signed a lot of death certificates and dealt with a number of funeral homes. This one was my choice and I am glad I chose well. Thank you again, Susan and John.

The Owner Susan is extremely rude and self-centered. It isn’t appropriate to be condescending towards others just because you are not patient and you are too self important. Shouting at our receptionist is not something we tolerate. Do not do business with this company.
