Pathetic service, 2 associates were leaving and had 20 mins time to end there shift. They were so negligent that they did not even thought to speak and take us in. The location is wrong as per google maps and it took us time to reach this location 15 mins late. And there starts the drama. Wasia an associate helped us out and she listened to us carefully and honored our request. I wish I can give zero stars. This one star is for that lady. I understand rules are made to be followed but it certainly doesn't mean its more than humanity which this clinic lacks.

A worker named Jay, was very rude and inconsiderate. It was very unprofessional, and to think customer service there has plummeted. Everyone I have encountered there has been kind, except for this horrible person.

Service is good as always. It's the location that's the problem. When you call them at the phone number, there's no human being to answer the phone. And the address/location they mention is pretty much the entire Southland Mall. No landmarks, no street names, no turns. Just the entire Mall. Plan ahead if you're coming for the first time. Location is next to Hometown Buffet on the south side of the mall next to Macy's. This is as of February 2020. The Quest Diagnostics door and sign are extremely small compared to the large building that is the mall itself so it's not not easy to find when you're driving around the huge parking lot.

Never come to this Quest location again. Seems no one works inside. There are less than 10 people in the waiting area. Registered in first and I waited for an hour to get my insurance info and then wait again..... I decided to leave. I was there watching how fast the front desk staff registered people and seems she is the only one working there. Other people argued with the staff too. If they are under staff they should let people know first hand. Corporate needs to find out what’s wrong with this location. I did not believe my husband that he went there one months ago and was the same thing happened.
