Everything is wrong with this place. Courthouse gives conflicting info. Judges and clerks don't know what papers to file. Officers advise wrong drop boxes. Original paperwork is now lost and can never be returned. Don't bother to do anything by yourself here. Just save your time and hire a lawyer.

I have been trying to get divorced for almost 2 years now. The reason it has taken so long is because I opted to self-file. Each time I've reached out to the help center I receive contradicting information. One person tells me to complete the forms one way, I submit them and then they're rejected. This has happened THREE times now. I've even been to court and have spoken to a judge, completed the forms exactly as he stated and they were rejected. I'm currently waiting for a call back from the clerk to tell me what I need to fix on my latest paperwork- it's been 12 days since we last spoke. Standard workflows and communication at this court are severely lacking. I hope that I never have to utilize this court system again.

Unfortunately, it does not allow us to provide them 0 stars. I first went to obtain all the info I needed to file for my case. They provided me with a workshop- time and date, when I show up, they informed me that I was NOT on the list?! I showed them the paperwork they provided me with, all he said was you're not on the list. PERIOD. No customer service, no empathy, No apology. I was able to attend to their upcoming workshop, they checked that everything was filled out correctly, I went to turn in my paperwork and asked the clerk for the next step. She tells me they will contact you, I'm waiting 3 months later only to find out that she NEVER scanned all the documents and they have been waiting for me to "complete" the papers. WHY DIDN'T THEY CONTACT ME, A SIMPLE' HELLO, WE NOTICED THAT YOU TURNED IN ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS BUT WE ARE MISSING 2 PAGES' I explained I turned in all the papers in the packets(still stapled) once AGAIN, they couldn't apologize for THEIR mistake! NOW, I have to go AGAIN (take a few hours off work.. AGAIN) and take them my copies, because they don't the originals anymore?! The clerk lost them! She scanned them but doesn't know which file???? What kind of run down place, management is this? TRAIN YOUR STAFF. We trust you with our information and they are mistreating it??? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Weirdest hotel ever. Rooms are small, but awkward because you can't open your own door. Rooms are kept cold, which I actually prefer so that wasnt so bad. The decor was horrible it looked like someone having a newborn son painted the room in shades of baby blue. But it was free so I can't complain.

I believe you have to.put in a written request in the drop box. Make sure you include as much information as possible case number, your name and what document(s) you need and if there's us a fee waiver on file or not otherwise there maybe a fee which you'll need to call the clerks office to find out how much. Include your phone number if you want them to call you wents it's ready for pick up otherwise it will be mailed. The drop box is inside the courthouse right as you enter the door there are officers there to provide limited assistance. Good Luck
It is open, however everything you want to file is dropped in a drop box. The clerks stamp it for today's date and they will send you your copies once they have been recorded. Please note that they are about one week behind for recordings.
You have to all paper work done. Make sure to have your 3 copy and they have a drop box. You drop your paper work off there. But call everyday tell your paper work is done
I don't believe they are open. They have a drop box inside by the front door to submit your paperwork. Call the number, they have representatives answering the phones up to 3pm.
The court is closed to the general public until April 8, 2020. Hearings have been continued to future dates. All evictions have been postponed until then.
People line up outside between 730 and 745am. Doors open at 8 and hearings start between 845 and 9am. HHJ no longer does traffic, you must go to ECHOJ or WWM for traffic.

If you are trying to serve papers you should send by registered or certified mail us post office or go to Internet and look up process server This way you have Proof and paper copy for court and your records one good place to look is internet for process server. The best worth the money.
