As a single mother, I made a great effort to find a good dress for my daughter. I visited this place with the hope to get a clear, good service. Little did I know I got greeted good and the service provided was good as well. However, I felt pressured to purchased right away, the lady who helped me Martha? said my dress could take a year to come, so I panic and give a $500 deposit. This lady did not warned me the following: "As soon as you give $$, you will not get a refund even if you order within 2 years in advance, you cannot choose another dress if you change your mind" Today 7/29/2022 at 6:50 pm, I was told with a sarcastic tone "It is on your paper" I will tell you when the dress is here around January or March. Reluctantly, I left with the worst disappointing taste in my mouth and a crying teenager, due to the lack of help. In no less than 10 minutes, this lady called me and said: "Sorry, your dress is here"... I said: "What?!! Then I said, i will be there tomorrow Saturday. If you ask me, this smell fishy from here to Argentina! Sadly, I won't recommend a business that is not clear from the beginning, avoid troubles and look elsewhere.

My son made a last minute decision to attend his Junior Prom. After visiting 2 other bridal stores, we came to Casablanca. Third time was a charm! I was greeted with a warm welcome by Lucia She was patient and attentive with helping to find a tuxedo to rent. He was measured and fitted PERFECTLY! We went in on a Saturday afternoon and we picked up his tuxedo on Tuesday afternoon. He was so happy, and I was pleased with how smooth the process went from beginning to end. Lucia and Martha are wonderful! Check them out!!! 😎👌🏼

There we were, looking for a tux a week before prom! Although they lady who helped me said it was very busy because of so many schools having proms, she welcomed us and gave exceptional customer service! Never once did she turn us away like other places! We had such a wonderful experience. And yes we did have to wait our turn, but it was worth it! Thank you! We can’t wait to pick up our Son’s tuxedo!

Woman working was very rude. She opened the door, looked me n my kids up n down, n wouldn't let us in. She said "what do you want?" Its a dress and tuxe shop, what do you think we want? I didn't even try explaining myself to get in after her demeanor bc I wouldn't wanna give any money to a place that treat me n my family poorly.
