I shop at Fergusons all the time for needs. Their staff is really helpful fair pricing and if they don’t have it there they can get it for you within a day or two. Definitely a good place to go shopping for your plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other needs.

I understand we are in a Covid environment and that workers are hard to find. So I'll cut this store a break and give it two stars instead of one. We were met at the door by a woman who demanded, before we could step inside, to know if we had an appointment. We didn't. So, she said "there is no one available to help you but you can look around." We looked around. Didn't really see anything interesting and since we couldn't ask any questions, we left.

Very disappointed....lot of discontinued items on floor....selection for Kohler very sparse didn't see any delta .....

We have tried for weeks to get an appointment with an in store consultant- we know they are busy- we get that- we asked their front desk receptionist if we could get a business card of a consultant - we have a list of items from their floor that we would like pricing on- front desk said yes-so we sent a detailed list of bathroom items- well we are now waiting weeks to get even an initial response- SERVICE IS POOR

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
You may initiate a return for most defective items within 180 days of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and the item has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. They are extremely busy. You are welcome to visit and look around, but to get the personal attention and help, it is best to schedule an appointment on line. I did schedule an appointment recently, they were about 2 weeks.
You have to wear a mask and stay 6 feet apart. Doesn't make for comfortable shopping because the lighting makes the showroom warm .
