Arrived at 7:45 PM. “”I’m so sorry we not accepting new patients.” Refused medical care of an eight year girl suffering, “they’re not accepting patients,” don’t waste your time here. Fully insured; pediatric care; is a joke. “If you hurry you might make it somewhere…” Horrific care; I didn’t know you could turn away children in an emergency! No one was in the waiting room, no one’s in the parking lot. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. Three employees talking, no patients WOW!!!!

I cannot believe the nerve of the office staff at this location! They literally called me and told me I was a liar and said they had proof. Over a freaking appointment missed! I think it’s pretty standard to charge a fee for a missed appointment and I do feel bad for missing the appointment but it was a communication error, we shouldn’t need an appointment to get the results of bloodwork. Bloodwork that took over 3 hours because this staff couldn’t send the right forms to the ER. I don’t need office staff calling and harassing me and my husband over it. That’s insane! I would never go to this location from the front desk staff alone. Very unprofessional.

I love all of the providers in this clinic! They do try to get you in with your regular provider whenever possible, which I appreciate because I feel like they really get to know their patients that way, but even if I don't see my child's regular doctor everyone is wonderful! The staff is helpful and friendly! You cannot go wrong with taking your children here!

We had our baby girl in May, and I couldn’t recommend this office more! Specifically Dr McCune has been a lifesaver. Being first time parents it’s challenging to know what is good/normal for your baby with so much information online, but he is so knowledgeable and helps you to be confident in your decisions. He is also to the point and respectful. If you can get in with him I highly recommend it!
