Asurion has amazing customer service! They diagnosed my phone and ordered the parts needed asap! They told me it would be a 4-5 hour with my phone and got the job done in 2 hours! Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Great job Asurion!

Amazing and very knowledgeable people in there. It was super busy when I went there and Tyler helped me at the counter and was still very respectful and courteous and calm even though it was busy. Francisco repaired my Xbox series S quicker then I thought it would be. I honestly thought my fan was smoked, little did I know the top of the Xbox had a dent and was preventing he fan from spinning. Anyone and everyone should take any device they have to this place I've even taken sell phones here and they repair those too quick and efficient. Also free of charge! Even though they still had to take the time and the labor too pull the dent out. thanks guys!!!!

I would give Tyler 10 stars if I could! I stopped at the Verizon store and they were completely useless. I stopped in the Hamburg location and Tyler quickly addressed my iPhone issue with the best customer service! I’m in customer service for a living and I will skip Verizon and go directly to Tyler if I have any phone or tech issues. Thanks so much!!!

I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. Needed to have this service done about a year ago as well and was disappointed to find that the overall customer experience has dropped off significantly, since the asurion acquisition. To start - all of the staff I worked with was understanding and apologetic regarding the situation. This review in no way reflects the service received from them. However, I found it unacceptable that it took WEEKS just to order the correct part for my repair. When I brought my phone in, I advised the employee that it was a Motorola One, 5G device. He took a look at the phone itself, as well as the details in my phones settings to ensure they ordered the correct part. He explained there are variations of the phone and he wanted to make sure they got it correct. I paid my deposit and was told the part should be in within 3-5 days. Two days later I received a call asking me to return to the store so they could verify the correct part prior to ordering. Apparently it's on the expensive end as far as screens go so they wanted to be sure it was correct. So - 2 days in and the part still hadn't been ordered yet. I asked them if they could pull the work order from when I had the screen replaced a year ago and use those specs, it's the same exact phone. They assured me that would work and they would proceed that way. A few days later when the part arrived, I brought my phone in for the repair and was told 2-3 hours. An hour later, I received notification that there was an issue with the repair and I needed to contact them. Come to find out, after all that, the incorrect part was ordered!! So I returned to pick up my phone, screen still bleeding, and was told that they weren't going to put the back all the way onto my device so that it would be easier to open up again once the correct part arrived. I was once again told it would be in within 3 days. Five days later I called to find out if there was an ETA on the part as I hadn't heard anything. The employee who answered had no idea when it would be arriving. He explained that after asurion bought out ubreakifix, they took over ordering of all of the parts. Those in the store had no control over what was ordered or when it would arrive. I could hear in his voice how frustrating it was to be at the mercy of asurion in situations like this. A few days later the screen did arrive, and the rest of the repair went smoothly. They offered $20 off in recognition of all of the issues and delays, which was appreciated. Overall, if there was an option of somewhere else to take my phone for this issue, I would have taken that option. Having to wait weeks and make multiple trips back and forth is frustrating and disrespectful of the customers time. I do hope this is something that is addressed at the corporate office level.

Should be able to call them.
Not something anyone can guess at. Gotta call them.
Depends on the model. Most are around $80 unless its one of the super new ones like the iphone x or above
Less than most Samsung I'm sure because it's a glass front and back. My Samsung was just under 300, but it was covered under the cellhelmet warranty. I highly recommend either one of there cases or liquid screen protectors. To find out for sure just call them
My new s9 was only 210 so i would say probably 160 ish you can go on thier website and get a quote
