I spent 450.00 on a ladies Apostle Attire, got home know cap, cross had rust spots, cord was unraveling. Had to drive a hour and 20 minutes to exchange cross and cord. Bought the cap that was not in original package and I paid 40.00 for the cap. The cord should have been red and of course they did not have anymore. I will not promote this store. Bad business!

Good Morning, ON JUNE 23RD, I purchased (2)two robes recently and one robe was shipped to me granted I did not see that the women's robe that I ORDERED I assumed it was ALL WHITE smh if I had zoomed in I guess I would've noticed that it was satin with white.... So I guess that's my fault was not paying attention to the picture that was available and on the website with the details it did not say satin and white like other companies I have recently seen. Also I received that order in 1-3 days .My other issue is that my other ROBE ALL WHITE with a STOLE has not been shipped to my residence yet, granted I tried to be reasonable with this company because of the holiday July 4th and shipping sometimes can be crazy, so I know shipping could be backed up. So I recently called talking to customer service rep yesterday Monday asking about ROBE that never was shipped with my other PURCHASED item. She told me that management is in a Convention and they will call me back. I called this Company back this AM and NO ANSWER AT ALL. I'm really shocked how Customer service or someone for this COMPANY operate like this. I have a ceremony as well that's why I purchased these items and it's really frustrating when I pay for MONEY $$$ for robes with prices of 129$ & 159$ reasonable totalling out 305.00$ hard work money and can not get a refund ( albeit the policy ) nor can I get any help with resending my order is crazy/ confusing. I have tried to call the number numerous times this morning NO ANSWER. PLEASE NOTE: TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER'S

This was my first time using Divinity Clergy Wear. I was very pleased. The prices are affordable and my customer service experince was exceptional. The quality of the materials is awesome. Unprofessional customer service, they’re unfamiliar with the product or the function of the product. I purchased a Men’s Banded collar Rabat for $69 received 2/8/22. Once I opened the apparel The banded collar was Not one attachment with the vest, when inserting the vest to the collar with slight movement or strain on the vest it detaches from the collar, The entire vest falls apart from the collar, I was told this is normal unbelievable🤦🏿♂️ I have purchased a similar item thru my Church the Rabat was attached as one piece collar and vest, never had any problems only that I lost weight and the collar is too big so I purchased a new Rabat through this company which turns out to be a bad investment I would never purchase anything from this company ever again nor will I ever recommend anyone, I pray The owner realizes at some point he’s either gonna have to do business right or go out of business.
